What personal data do we collect and wherefrom does it originate?

We collect personal data of you when you are in contact with us (e.g. when purchasing, filling in forms or visiting the website). The data we collect are name, social security number, address, e-mail address and phone number, purchase-, order- and usage history, IP address and information you provide to our customer service.

We collect your address from the public register. Alternatively, you fill it in manually on our website.

We process personal data for handling orders as well as to send delivery status notifications.

The processing is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you.

Those who receive personal data

We have signed a sub processing agreement with suppliers who handle personal data on our behalf.

In such cases, the transfer will take place to countries either where the European Commission has decided that there is an adequate level of protection, when using standard contract clauses approved by the EU Commission or other appropriate safeguards. How long personal data is retained

We save the personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes they were collected or as long as required by law or other regulations.

Purchase and order history are saved as long as we are required to do so to comply with legal requirements.

Customer service information related to purchases and claims is saved as long as we are required to do so to comply with legal requirements. Communication with our service desk that we do not have to save to comply with legal requirements is deleted after six months.

Data for marketing purposes is saved until you request not to receive marketing material or after you have been inactive for three years.

Information for the prevention of abuse and crimes is saved as long as we need it to prevent or report crimes (e.g. fraud).

Your rights

We will respond to your request regarding any of your rights as soon as possible but no later than within one month.

When permitted by applicable law, we may charge an administrative fee to fulfill any of the below requests.

Access

You are entitled to receive information of whether we process your personal data and a copy of your personal data.

Rectification

You can request incorrect or incomplete data to be corrected.

Erasure

You are entitled to request that your personal data should be erased in the following cases:

  • The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
